Excellent service.Posted on Nayanika Bhattacharya29 June 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband was admitted at SHRC for pneumothorax and fractured ribs. Had to stay for 16 days with 1 day in ICU. Honestly, there was not even a single instance of discomfort or problem. Each and everyone from doctors, sisters, house keeping, etc were extremely supportive and caring. Very good system and care.Posted on Sabina Begum27 June 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Earlier Srishti Hospital was the finest Hospital in dibrugarh from my point of view. But now I cannot tell it's the finest The nursing care, ward staff and doctors are very good and helpful. But the diagnostic process is not up to the mark. The cleanliness and hygiene maintenance is also good. But it lacks in some areas. I expect that they will overcome of all these problems and again become the most leading Hospital in dibrugarh.

I recently had the opportunity to visit SRISHTI, and I must say, the experience was exceptionally pleasant. The doctors, nurses, and other staff members are incredibly friendly and create such a comfortable atmosphere for everyone. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in.
What truly stood out to me was the dedication of the nursing staff. Their encouragement and care played a significant role in the wellness and recovery of the patients. It's evident that they genuinely care about each patient's well-being, and their positive attitude is infectious.
Overall this is a place where patients can feel assured they are in good hands, thanks to the compassionate and supportive team. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.

I recently spent four days in the Mother and Child Ward during my sister's childbirth, and overall, it was a positive experience.
1. Delivery Experience: The delivery took place promptly at 6 AM, and my sister welcomed a healthy baby, which was the most important aspect.
2. Housekeeping: The housekeeping service was commendable, with cleaning staff brooming and mopping several times a day, ensuring the ward remained tidy and comfortable.
3. Doctor Visits: While the pediatrician visited once or twice daily, I found the visits from the doctor for the mother to be less frequent. Most of the care was handled by the nursing staff.
4. Nursing Staff: The nurses were a significant strength of the ward, available 24/7 and incredibly responsive. I was impressed with their efficiency, often responding to requests within 30 seconds.
5. Accessibility: The ward was easily accessible, making it convenient for family visits.
6. Parking: One downside was the lack of private parking for four-wheelers. However, public parking was available on the street at a reasonable rate of 20 rupees per hour.
7. Infrastructure: While the ward provided essential services, there is room for improvement in infrastructure to enhance the overall experience.
8. Only one lift is working.
9. Overall expense are affordable given the current price trend.
10. Lift is closed in the night untill morning 6 AM (approx). Should be accessible 24 hours in a hospital.
11. Gyser is centrally turned off during night till morning 9-10 AM (approx). But, can be turned on on request at the repection.
12. Canteen food are average. But, other delivery services are available. Can be delivered to door on request.
13. Laundry service is must needed. Atleast for the mother and the baby.
In conclusion, the Mother and Child Ward offered a supportive environment during a crucial time, with dedicated nursing staff and good housekeeping. With a few improvements, particularly in infrastructure and doctor visits, it could be even better.
